"Pretty easy ordering from overseas"
I ordered from abroad and the checkout process worked smoothly for my country, which was a nice relief. Shipping did take a little longer than I hoped, but overall it was a good experience and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

"Wish I’d bought it sooner"
I got this sleeve for my MacBook i’m happy with it. It feels sturdy, the zippers don’t snag, and the padding seems like it’ll actually protect my laptop. It also looks just like the pictures, which was a relief. Shipping was fine too. My only regret is waiting so long to get one, since I’d been carrying my MacBook around without much protection. I’d buy it again.

"Really nice collab bag for the price"
I picked up one of the limited edition collab bags from tomtoc it looks even better in person. I’m usually careful about spending extra on accessories, but this one felt worth it since it’s a bit more unique than a regular case. Shipping was smooth too. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel like I got a good deal.

I ordered a tomtoc bag after looking closely at the size and laptop fit info on the site. When it showed up, it was basically exactly what I expected, which was a relief. No odd sizing issues or surprises. The photos and measurements were clear enough for me to choose the right one. Solid bag, happy with it.

"Sorta better buying direct"
I’ve bought tomtoc stuff on Amazon before, but this time I ordered straight from their site. The price was about the same, shipping was totally fine, and support got back to me quickly. Sorta just felt like the better way to buy, honestly. No real complaints.

"Feels too loose to trust"
I wanted to like this, but right away it felt too loose. Just from the way it sits, I kind of assume it wouldn’t hold up well if dropped or bumped around. It doesn’t give off a very protective feel, so I wouldn’t rely on it for much more than light use

I wasn’t expecting much, but the recycled packaging was actually a nice touch. It’s good to see some effort being made on the eco side. That said, there’s still room for them to do better, so I wouldn’t call it perfect...

I got a tomtoc bag as a gift, it’s decent. The quality seems good and it’s definitely useful... but it didn’t really feel super exciting or special to me. Still, I’ll probably use it, so overall not a bad gift.

I’d seen tomtoc mentioned a bunch for laptop bags and cases, so I figured it was probably a safe choice. The website looked normal enough and checking out was easy, so no issues there. My order showed up fine and the quality seems good for the price. The only thing that threw me off was the shipping updates, because they were kind of slow and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit. Still, overall I trust the brand and I’d probably order from them again

Unboxing it was smooth and everything looked neatly packed. The box did have one little dented corner, which I’m assuming probably happened during shipping, but overall it still felt well packaged.

"Just tell me the discount upfront"
The products looked good and checkout was easy enough, but the promo stuff kind of annoyed me. I had to wait until the end to see which discounts actually applied, and some didn’t show up right away. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I don’t want to guess through the whole process. The sale info should be clearer from the start.

"Really solid bag"
I picked up this Tomtoc sleeve a few months back, and it still looks almost brand new. The zippers feel sturdy, and the padding seems like it would protect my laptop well if I accidentally bumped it around. I’ve been using it every day and haven’t had any issues so far. I’m guessing it’ll hold up for a long time, but we’ll see.

"Back in stock faster than I thought"
I had my eye on one bag that was sold out, so I figured I was probably in for a bit of a wait.

I checked again a few days later, mostly just out of habit, and somehow it was already available. Didn’t need to message anyone or keep refreshing like it was some big project.

I ordered it right away and everything went smoothly. Always a good sign when a shop actually keeps things moving behind the scenes
